Refund Policy

At Styluxe, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • unused
  • in original packaging
  • in the same condition you received it
  • not a sale/final-clearance item

To begin a return, contact us at support@styluxe.co with your order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “final sale”
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue
  3. Include your order number

We will offer either a replacement or refund.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not provide direct exchanges.

Simply return the item and place a new order.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the wrong item was sent

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@styluxe.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
