At Styluxe, we aim to provide clear, reliable, and stress-free delivery for every order. Because our products come from a curated selection of international suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on the warehouse location.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

2. Shipping Fees New Zealand

  • $7.99 NZD flat rate
  • FREE shipping on orders $99 NZD+

Australia

  • $9.99 AUD flat rate
  • FREE shipping on orders $150 AUD+

Worldwide

  • $14.99 USD flat rate
  • FREE shipping on orders $150 USD+

3. Delivery Timeframes

Because Styluxe works with multiple trusted suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages.

We currently have two warehouse locations:

A) China Warehouse Products (Most Items)

Many of our ceramics, décor pieces, and minimalist accessories ship from our China-based partner warehouse.

Estimated Delivery:

  • New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Australia: 7–15 business days
  • Worldwide: 10–20 business days

(Most orders arrive earlier.)

B) United States Warehouse Products (3 items)

A small number of selected products are shipped from our US warehouse partners.

Estimated Delivery:

  • NZ & AU: 12–25 business days
  • Worldwide: 12–25 business days

These items will display a shipping note on their product page.

4. Order Tracking

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to activate.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

Styluxe is not responsible for:

  • parcels sent to incorrect addresses
  • parcels not collected
  • parcels stolen from unsecured locations

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.

6. Customs & Duties

International orders may incur customs fees depending on your country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

While delays are rare, your parcel may be affected by:

  • customs processing
  • peak season congestion
  • courier delays

If your order has not arrived after 25 business days, contact us at support@styluxe.co and we will assist you.
